[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I need to replace my front door lock and decided to go with a key code entry. It also allows me to use my iPhone to lock and unlock. nice!

Great product when it works! Humidity destroys it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you live in a humid climate then the locks will fail within a year. Water builds up in the locking mechanism due to the humidity and home air conditioning. There needs to be a better design to prevent this.

Qualit Made Smart Lock but spotty wifi connection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my encode smart lock for a couple years now. It's solid and well made. My only complaint is that the wi-fi with this lock doesn't connect well at times and it has nothing to do with the wi-fi itself as my wi-fi has a strong signal strength. Otherwise this would have been a 5 but dropped to a 4.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it now for my 15 Airbnbs and just love it! Integrate with my pms and can always see battery life on the app which is very convenient, best part that can also use a key which I store in a lock box in case a guest gets locked out

Amazing features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a long time user of Schlage door locks, specifically the keypad locks. This one has dwarfed them all! I have always loved the ability to add users and add schedules. As someone who worked outside the home, the ability to provide codes and schedule user times is amazing for both dog sitters and cleaning people. The one upgrade from previous versions that I have owned is the WiFi connectivity. So if someone can’t get in, I can easily allow access from anywhere. I also appreciate the ability to check the lock on my phone and lock it if needed or have Alexa unlock the door. Another upgrade from previous locks was the smaller profile. I appreciate the upgrade to the battery pack as well because it is no longer as cumbersome as it was previously. If you are looking for a new lock, I highly recommend this!
