[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about three weeks ago for our front door. It works great and we really really love being able to have it connected to our Wi-Fi and app. It was super super easy to install

We love the convenience of not having to carry house keys. However, the keypad occasionally blanks out and doesn't work, even with brand new batteries. I am currently locked out of my house at 5AM after working all night because the keypad is blacked out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this lock has been great. Wi-Fi connection is strong and the lock feels sturdy. I switched from a nest by Yale Lock and that one was always a problem
I would recommend this to a friend!
