Great product when it works! Humidity destroys it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you live in a humid climate then the locks will fail within a year. Water builds up in the locking mechanism due to the humidity and home air conditioning. There needs to be a better design to prevent this.

Qualit Made Smart Lock but spotty wifi connection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my encode smart lock for a couple years now. It's solid and well made. My only complaint is that the wi-fi with this lock doesn't connect well at times and it has nothing to do with the wi-fi itself as my wi-fi has a strong signal strength. Otherwise this would have been a 5 but dropped to a 4.
