Great when it works...

We love the convenience of not having to carry house keys. However, the keypad occasionally blanks out and doesn't work, even with brand new batteries. I am currently locked out of my house at 5AM after working all night because the keypad is blacked out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this lock has been great. Wi-Fi connection is strong and the lock feels sturdy. I switched from a nest by Yale Lock and that one was always a problem
