Apple Watch still doesn’t work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] People have been on Reddit for years saying that the Apple Watch and or phones don’t work or work and then stop. I agree. I have it hooked to my phone and the Watch doesn’t even recognize it. No instruction from Schlage or online work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great upgrade over previous version!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the redesign of this lock. I really like the contacts on the back of the battery pack vs the old push connectors on the previous version. I also like the wire harness routing through the backplate. This makes it so no wires can be pinched. I also like the built in WiFi. This is a much faster and more reliable connection than through the old Schlage hub.

The best lock
