Great item for long distance caretaker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed this lock on my mother’s home so that caregivers and paramedics could easily access her home. I live 400 miles away and this has helped me keep track of who is coming and going and whether or not my elderly mom remembers to lock the door or if her caregivers are there in time. It’s need awesome.

good but needs improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a lot of Schlage products over the Last four decades and two of these digital encore locks.. Both of the lock sets were missing the Heavy duty strike plate, but they give you the screws for it. And the digital set up fails every single time and you have to do multiple attempts before it finally gets past it’s reported failures, and then the software is never up-to-date.. EATS batteries up pretty fast too. IT’S OK, NOT GREAT Last is a complaint on the two main screws on the lock plate. They are very prone To cross thread at the latest touch and I ended up having to take a tap To both sets, even though I’m just using screwdrivers
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this Lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We live in a split foyer home and I would always have to go down the steps to check or front and back door at night to make sure they were locked. I installed a wifi Encode lock on both doors and now I just check them on the app, sooo handy. I'm going to add one to the garage door also ! I also can unlock the door with the app when coming home with groceries which is super handy also.
