Great lock but it barely works

I have changed the batteries several times and nothing seems to work. It works when it wants to work. If it worked all of the time I would easily give it five stars

Good design, flawless performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wanted a lock with more options and I’m terrible with keys so we bought this lock and have really enjoyed it! We have had kwikset in the past but this unit seems to be built much better and more robust.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this month ago and let me tell you does not disappoint does everything you want a smart lock to do easy to install and manage via app. Only thing I I have a problem with is I wish the app responded a little quicker but that’s just me I’m fast and impatient I guess
