[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this lock on my door since I moved here. The product is great, and the app is very easy to use. I only recently had to have it replaced because of wear, but that was after five or six years with the same lock. And they sent it to me for free. Great customer service!

Reliable and easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve installed this deadbolt a few months ago and have been very happy with it. It’s been easy to share different codes with our dog walker, landlord, my parents, etc and it just works! Instant notifications when the door is unlocked and it tells me who opened it. Seems to be made from nice materials and haven’t had any disconnections from our WiFi. Nice that it works without a hub. I’ve recommended it to family and friends already. Will buy more to install in my own house someday.

It works really well, but read the manual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had a great experience with this device so far just be sure that you complete the set up and program it with your device. If you use the manual configuration and then choose to do the app later, you’re resetting everything. I do miss the tactile feedback of the buttons from the previous model, but this one had Wi-Fi and was a good upgrade.
