[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Acquired 2 units and they are working quite well. Set up instructions are vague, in that it doesn't tell you to add the lock to the app when setting up. Not easy to complete firmware updatss.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product about three months ago easy to install app is very user-friendly. I am a father of three and can tell it anytime when the house is locked. Constantly running out of the house for sports events, asking my kids if they locked the door them not knowing I can pick up the phone and ensure that my house is secured. It also gives me access to see when people enter and leave the home.

I love the WiFi capability, so I can always monitor who’s coming in and out of my front door. I Enjoy this lock so much, I purchased a second encode plus for my back door

It was easy to install (about 30 min) and it helped having the paper instruction and online instruction that we could watch and follow. It shows what pieces goes to where very clearly. It works when we are away with app and it is a good peace of my mind. We love the looks and the color.
