Very easy to install and use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have several guests that come and go and needed an easy solution for locking and unlocking. The Encode Plus is easy to install and very easy to use even for non-tech type people. I get a notice on my phone when someone enters or leaves and if the door is left unlocked (which I can lock remotely through the app). I highly recommend it

Lock works, wifi connection Does not

When their wifi lock came to market purchased it.
After calling support twice and trying too many different options app only works with Bluetooth. It's one of the top line lock, accept better solutions.

Great Deadbolt
