[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The encode plus is a breeze to set up and is perfect for Airbnb rentals! The lock actually links with the Airbnb app to automatically send out codes making check in’s much easier! Worth the money for sure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best decision to get this lock after debating it for years! So many headaches solved, all my kids have their own code and it’s easy to keep track of who comes in and out.

Hopefully the challenge is over

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock is a second replacement for a lock that failed. It is different from what I previously had which came as a surprise. It seems to work well most of the time although I tried locking it from the keypad with gloves on and was unable. The communication was frustrating at times and unclear/not complete. The website support is very difficult to use. I seriously hope this lock works forever because I don’t want the challenge of replacing it again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
