Second Time Purchasing an Encode Lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have moved into a new house and this was one of my first upgrades, as I loved our last Encode door lock. I especially love that this version can tell me when motion has been sensed outside. I also really love how I can lock and unlock the door via the app and set up door codes with specific time frames that the code can be used. The install is not too hard. I installed both of them by myself.

Great lock, don't even think twice about it

The battery life is great, with my battery still showing a 92% charge after a month and a half. Response time is great with Google home and a little quicker with home assistant. No issues with connectivity. Just about every feature I'd want in a smart lock

Love it! But wish it would update

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never had any issues with the lock not operating properly. It’s been in place for about 1.5 years and still going strong. The one issue I have is I’ve tried to run a firmware update many times and it all but installs before failing. Overall the lock locks and the alerts are very quick. So I’m satisfied

Awesome door lock
