Rocky start but great service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first Encode Plus was defective but after troubleshooting with support I was able to get another unit. It was very fast to install and set up and now things are working great.

More useful than originally intended

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Originally replaced our lock because kids lost keys but the experience has been so much more efficient. We now give each person a code, we can let folks in remotely, we get alerts when code is used, we can confirm our door lock is locked when rushing to an event and so much more! Wish we would have upgraded years ago!
