Ease of Installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this when our previous lock, SchlageConnect got damaged and unrepairable. It took longer to remove the old lock than it did to install and connect to all of the smart features. Very pleased with the app support, ease of generating codes and removing defunct codes. The ONLY downside I have currently is the chime is rather quiet. That may however be a setting I've just not discovered.

I love that I can control it with my voice through Alexa, or through the Schlage App. So convenient to add other users who frequent the house often that can all have their own individual code so that they ca easily access the house, and I can keep track of who is entering and when. Love the lock! Love the app!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Front door worked so well I now have them on backdoor and door leading to garage. It’s a 4 story house - my wife can be in bed and make sure all doors are locked. And we’re notified every time someone enters.
