Stopped working, impossible to connect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It worked fine for a year after we moved in. Then one day it doesn't connect, will reset but not stay on, with full battery. Doesn't keep connection with app, we use a different door to enter and leave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
