[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love (almost) everything about this lock. I love how modern/sleek it looks. Very clean. It's easy to use as far as locking and unlocking on the actual keypad. I LOVVVEEE that it's a smart wifi lock and we can use the app. Really puts your mind at ease if you can't remember if you locked a door or not and you aren't home. Open the app and it tells you if it's locked or unlocked. Literally at the push of a button you can lock or unlock it from wherever you are. I also love that it shows the history of who locked and unlocked it (if they did it through the app). My only complaint and why I took 1 star off is....its a PAINNNN to set your new codes. I don't know if it's bc it's the newer version or what but videos online don't help. The book that comes with it doesn't help. I swear it took me every bit of 30+ min to figure it out. At one point, I thought I had really screwed up and reset the lock code you need to do it. My coworker had the same exact issue so maybe it's user error on both or ends? I don't know. But it would be real helpful if Schlage could make a video showing step by step how to assign new codes to these things. I'm not sure I remember how to do it to be honest and I just did it a week ago. It's such a pain! Other than that, love it and would most definitely recommend! Actually, I already have, to my neighbor. 😀

Great for Airbnb

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this for about three months. It’s worked pretty well, but at one point lost WiFi and codes and had to be reprogrammed. Only happened once so far, so not sure why.
