we did have one of the units not operational when we got it, but support was quick to send me a new one (yet to install though, but still a good response)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really enjoy this lock. It was easy to install if your a handy person. Setting up the app on my iPhone was simple and pairing to Apple home a breeze. Now I can lock and unlock the door remotely for when I have visitors who need in. I would recommend this lock to anyone looking to secure their home and have remote access for when your hands are full of groceries or letting the neighbor in to feed the dogs.

Best smart lock yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this for giving access to friends and family as needed. They rarely have a mechanical key for back up. The first one failed in 5 months, we recently received a warranty replacement. I hope it lasts much longer!

Having the ability to connect it to our phones helps us rest assured that our home is safe and secure always! We are able to check the lock from anywhere at any time and control it even when we aren’t home! We would highly recommend to anyone who is considering!
