[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just installed this. Codes didn’t work for initial setup but I logged into the app and set it up then worked great. So nice to be able to see the door is locked and if not lock it from anywhere

App is terrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lock requires to change the battery, it always disconnects from the WiFi and there is absolutely no way to do an update or even keep it connected, to charge the code I have to stand and try to connect both for at least 10 mins and since I live right in front of everyone I have to charge that code every month for safety. The system works independently but you have to be on top of that battery if not you’ll have to call lock smith and pay hundreds to get back inside your home. I gave 2 stars because it locks but it isn’t practical
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
