Great Features on this Smart Lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s great for a rental property where I can change the entry code from anywhere. The log history allows me to know when people go in and out of the property and it’s lock status at any time.

Fantastic Smart Lock and App

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently started to use my home as a Short Term Rental. My Property Management gave me a list for approved smart locks and brands that work with their software. This list included the Schlage Encode Plus which seemed a great choice feature and price wise. I had been using a more expensive smart lock which I had loved and was hesitant to replace it. The Schlage Encode Plus was easy to install and is very easy to use. I highly recommended this product.

Great When it Works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this lock when it works. We are on number 3 in as many years. They start to become unreliable after about 10 months, constantly resetting itself and becoming unresponsive at random intervals. Each time we have had a positive warranty experience but this latest one will not connect to our wifi. So now it is limited in its usefulness. If purchasing a new lock I would probably look elsewhere. Sad to say because it is the best looking and most seamless of all the options I considered, when it works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Smart tech at its best!

We own a house that we also use as a vacation rental and having a smart lock makes it easy for all. No lock box to deal with. It has made it easy for us, guests, cleaners and handyman. So happy we decided to go this route. Highly recommend!
