Very convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very convenient however very unfortunate to have connection issues from time to time. We have these on our rentals and while we have had 2.5 years without a catastrophic issue while a guest has been staying, it does have regular connection issues that result in a slower set up between guests.

Great when it works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the only device in my smart home setup that can’t stay connected. First thought it was the WiFi setup so I reset it and made it install on thread. Same issues. Pretty garbage support too.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I haven’t had any issues and I love they you can add a ton of different codes with names so I know exactly who is entering/leaving. I also love that I can check if I locked the door from my phone when I’m in bed! Awesome product.

Great lock but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of this lock and the wifi capabilities. I had a problem with the handing of the lock. I installed it on a right hand inswing door and then replaced the door with a left hand inswing. The lock wouldn't allow me to change this in the app and I gave up trying to reset the lock to allow for rehanding and just installed on my side door with original handing. Also the thumb turn is loose and scratches the plastic battery cover after only a few uses.
