Encode Plus Smart Lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Previously had used this lock at an Airbnb we stayed at so I decided to get one for our home. Installation was simple with the online instructions and configuration was flawless. It took a little effort to get Apple Home setup, but the unlock with iPhone and Apple Watch is incredible. No more fumbling with keys when my watch is always there and hands-free. We will definitely be adding one to our other home and shop buildings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I currently have 3 of these locks on my short term rental, and personal house. The app is easy to use and the lock was easy to install as well! I also love the look of the lock. If highly recommend

Great lock with an app that needs work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this after struggling with aYale smart lock. Connectivity is vastly better and more reliable. The only downside is the app is not great. It doesn't remove temporary codes automatically and in general is not very intuitive. For instance, if I want to give a friend access to both the front door and the back door, I have to input the code (s) through two separate instances, which is where the Yale app is better. Also, the menu for each lock is tiny and "manage access" is right next to "delete lock". I would recommend Schlage update this app with some app consultants to fix it. Otherwise, great lock.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to install! Probably took 15 minutes! Beautiful and works seamlessly! Extremely responsive and I love the notifications! I added my 13 year old daughter and the connectivity and ease of use is a game changer! I had a Schlage lock at my old house and it was extremely durable and reliable! I have no reason to believe otherwise this time around! Very happy repeat customer!
