Great When it Works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this lock when it works. We are on number 3 in as many years. They start to become unreliable after about 10 months, constantly resetting itself and becoming unresponsive at random intervals. Each time we have had a positive warranty experience but this latest one will not connect to our wifi. So now it is limited in its usefulness. If purchasing a new lock I would probably look elsewhere. Sad to say because it is the best looking and most seamless of all the options I considered, when it works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a few amazon dead bolts and this schlage lock is superior to them all! I didn't have to trim anything and it is so quiet and very responsive! Would recommend this lock to anyone!

Smart tech at its best!

We own a house that we also use as a vacation rental and having a smart lock makes it easy for all. No lock box to deal with. It has made it easy for us, guests, cleaners and handyman. So happy we decided to go this route. Highly recommend!
