Blue tooth doesn’t work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have read Apple forums and many different “how to” posts to get my lock to link to my phone and watch and have been unsuccessful. My phone is the newest version and the software is updated. I have updated the firmware on the lock. No success. My review would have been much better had I not purchased this lock specifically for this reason. All other functions work well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best smart deadbolt I’ve owned

Rental property perfection

And we have connected this to our Ring system. So, we know who is entering the home at all times, and this has eliminated the need for passing a key from guest to guest.
