[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased a new door and requested to have a smart Wi-Fi lock put on it. We are only at this home six months a year and it is convenient for me to be able to remotely unlock it in case I need to let anyone in. I downloaded the app and set up was so easy! I like the ease of changing the batteries also it’s very simple. It wasn’t my first rodeo with your brand of lock. I also have one up north on my front door that I installed myself very easily. I think at this point I would not trust any other companies locks except yours. Thank you for making such a great product.!
