Kept malfunctioning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased 3 of these locks in 2024 for our new home. After a year, one stopped working, so we bought the same lock to replace it. After having that one for a year, it quit working too along with another on a different door. These deadbolts were not cheap and only under warranty for a year. So instead of buying two of the same style of deadbolts, we went with a cheaper model and got an extended warranty on them. These locks are not worth the price you pay. Go with a cheaper model tht does the same thing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My favorite go to smart wifi lock on the market

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have over 40 plus properties that we manage and schlage encode on every one but two and those have yale assure locks that are fixing to be replaced with schlage for longer battery life and less trouble with wifi connection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock is 10/10. Super easy to install, with in app video instructions. Very easy operation and integration with my other smart home devices. Next to no lag on keypad entry. Really, an absolutely wonderful electronic lock.
