Second Encode, the first lasted about 6 years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with the lock and features, however the first lock should have lasted longer. The internal electronics failed somehow. It would go through a fresh set of batteries in as little as 4 days. The lock was free from binding and cycles smoothly. I ended up replacing it with the plus model. It has been good so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Create multiple codes for different personnel and family,
Control more than one lock, allow remote unlocking,
And control more than one lock. I am beyond happy. Easy install and all set up. App is so easy!!! Locks have battery back up in case wifi is down. Get alerts in who is coming and going.
