[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a year ago and use it every day. I live that you can unlock your lock with your Apple Watch just by tapping it. It’s really useful when I have hands full of groceries or something I just tap my wrist and it unlocks. I’m going to be buying one for my other door also

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought some cheaper locks that weren’t really that cheap. Called the company because I couldn’t get Alexa to control them. They told me to get a hold of my Internet people. What a joke. So spent the extra money on these and they are so worth it, I love them easy to install and even easier to connect to the Internet and to Alexa. Good job Schlage !!!!

Love the lock but not the apple integration.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd Encode but first with plus. I love the integration into Alexa. In fact, I have routine that will check the door after five minutes to make sure it’s locked. This new lock I was not able to get the Apple integration to all of our devices as it makes you use HomeKit and that setup Doesn’t seem to work well with two other locks. This might work well if you only have one lock because it’s set up to Apple pretty quickly, but didn’t integrate into the app after.
Since I didn’t pay more for this than the other ones, it doesn’t bother me as much but it would’ve been nice.

Great lock, but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 10 of these locks, mostly in a nickel finish. I love the encode locks! The black finish had a dark number pad that makes entering the door code a bit of a guess at night. But a different color.
