Worked perfect out of the box

Works perfectly, easy to use and set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a house that already had these in place and resetting them to our own needs was relatively easy. I love that it takes batteries, so it does not require hard wiring anything in the house, and it stays connected to our Wi-Fi and I love being able to open and close the doors for people if I need, and also set custom door lock combinations anytime with fixed expiration or continuous access. I don’t think I would’ve initially selected these locks because I am not so excited about this kind of technology, but I don’t think I’ll ever go back now. These locks are an incredible convenience and they also look nice.

Perfect for Air Bnb

It synced perfectly with our rental calendar and now we don’t have to put a new code in every time we get a booking! I liked the deadbolt so much I bought one for our main door as well. The batteries last way longer than you would think and the app is easy and intuitive. I can’t recommend this lock enough.

The Best Decision We Made for Home Security

Awesome deadbolt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] About 3 months after installing the deadbolts and matching door handle somebody tried to force their way into our house and they were unable to gain access the deadbolt and the handle held up amazing product greatly recommended

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought two (2) at the same time and each had different style of instructions inside the box. The one with less instructions inside the box (a QR code to then pull up instructions on your phone) has not stopped malfunctioning. There is no explanation for what it’s doing on Schlage website or online. It just says factory reset it or call/talk with Schlage about it. Since my experience is 50/50 one lock has NO problems and the other is showing lights and signs that are not listed as issues. I am not fully convince to purchase more of this type of lock. The WiFi is convenient and nice it features like the lock alarm but does require your locks not to malfunction because it will go offline and then even physically unlocking or locking gets weird: needs so much force to do so as if I’m going to break it. However, once it’s done the lock then locks and unlocks manually just fine. I’m just glad that the sometime working perfectly lock is not on the front door.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
