[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lock works great, I love the wifi aspect of it and that it integrates with Ring. However, my first one broke after 11 months, I was lucky to get it replaced with the 12 month warranty. Also, the touchscreen is not a great design, as it doesn't have the touch aspect to know which button you're pressing, and combined with the fact that the buttons do not light up until you press one, it makes it impossible to hit the right button on your first try in the dark.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was an upgrade to our older model from 2021. Like the smaller form factor and how much quieter it is. Easy install and app works great, as usual. Battery seems to be fading a little quicker than previous generation but that could be from various reasons. Overall recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After adopting this smart lock on a home I purchased recently I’m impressed how easy it was to reset and setup for use. The notifications are simple and its integration with Airbnb is a real bonus.
