High quality product and User Friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two of these locks one for my home and one for my Airbnb short term rental. These locks are so easy to install and are extremely user friendly for all of our guests who come and stay from all over the world.

Good with some limitations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lock works well for the most part and was easy to install. Batteries last a very long time. Downsides are that the numbers on the keypad are black, which makes them hard to read, and app integration has been buggy at times between the Schlage app and Apple and Alexa, with the lock often being unresponsive in the app(s). I bought this expecting to use it a lot more with Apple Home Key, however I’ve found it’s kind of awkward trying to hold my wrist in the correct position over the lock for long enough for it to activate. It would be better if the lock could detect you approaching the door and unlock without needing direct contact with a device.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Airbnb compatible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my Airbnb and love it. Once I got it registered with Airbnbn, everything became seamless. I have no more interaction with it as Airbnb controls the code for my guests. Also, for peace of mind, I can still control or view the codes from my phone via the app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used Schlage products for decades and tried out encode wi-fi plus about 3.5 years ago and have had to replace 3 times now. Locks are solid but WiFi- features still need improving. They’re great when they work but for whatever reason(we’re guessing the elements) locks stop working. We currently have four. And the WiFi plus are the ones with issues with connecting to app/wifi regularly. Regular encode seem to be fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Highly recommend this lock!

I’m the kind of shopper that will over research a big purchase until I know all the model numbers and their ratings across multiple sources. Of everything I reviewed, this lock was constantly #1. Installation was insanely simple, as was set up on the app and HomeKit, and it looks fantastic too! 10/0, do recommend.

Tooo smooth and easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using traditional lock and key, and getting locked out; I was like it’s time to upgrade to smart lock. After reading few reviews about which smart lock, I bought this this Schlage smart lock. Smooth and easy to read instructions that a cave man can do it. Since installing I have no regret and the cool thing about it is that I can place 4 digits pin to every member of the household, so they can feel special lol.
