[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had heard horror stories about other smart locks so I was a bit hesitant to even try. But I’m so glad I did… It works exactly as it should! Easy to set up on the app. I was able to give codes to contractors and friends/family. I haven’t had to use my key once because of it malfunctioning.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our congregation bought 5 of these locks for keys areas of our building that we needed secured. The locks have worked flawlessly! Very simply setup and operation. Adding people/codes is a snap and can be done from anywhere on your phone. Say goodbye to all those keys!
I will add this one con though . . . . I wish, although this may be a feature on the desktop browser interface, the phone interface would allow to add a person/code and then push it out to the appropriate locks instead of having to submit to each lock individually. This is a minor issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a Level lock. I’m very happy with its look and functionality. I love that we can open the door with a code and key but also with my IPhone and Apple Watch. The only thing I don’t like is that it’s loud when opening and closing.
