[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this lock for 2 months so far. It works great as advertised. Easy to install. The app is quite reliable and simple to work with. A little pricey but so far it's been worth it.

Great Product - Wifi Connectivity Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product, well made, high quality, easy to install. Instructions were helpful at every step. Where things go off the rails is WiFi. Tempermental setup and connectivity stability issues. Reset my network for proper configuration (2.4ghz only, etc.) with Uniquiti UniFi Dream Machine router 15ft away and can’t keep the lock on the network. I am sure it’s some minor setting on my network config but it shouldn’t be this challenging.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
