Works pretty good, some Google home issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works 95% good. Google home properly displays status. Just won’t unlock the door through the Google home app. Keeps saying needs passcode and there’s clearly a glitch where it just keeps resetting back to the same prompt. Otherwise, it works fine to lock and unlock through Schlage app and through touch/tap on my iPhone

Easy to install & Apple HomeKit is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was easy to install. Took no more than 20 minutes. And then the integration with Apple HomeKit was very easy to setup. Love how I can tab with my Apple Watch and unlock the door!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great! Fairly easy to install and set up. So convenient to be able to add and delete codes remotely through the app. Getting notifications when a specific code is used is also a great feature.

Difficulty with battery consistency

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really enjoy the lock and it is simplified our new home however, when the weather got cold, the lock seem to stop working and the batteries seem to disconnect. I would have to pull out the battery holder and put back in in order to reset the lock.
