Great features but could have been better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great but Schale aapp and Apple Home Smart cannot be set and used at the same time. Also, for some reason, I couldn’t get the vertical orientation on the front and back straight at the same time. I made the front straight but back is a bit tilted when installed.

Very User Friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We switched to this smart lock after hearing raving reviews from fellow AirBnB hosts. It definitely lives up to the hype. Very simple setup, no additional wifi blocks to right to sync up and connect. You download the app and set everything the way you want it with no additional connections or steps. The app is very user friendly and easy to change codes and settings. The lock is great for remote entry with light up numbers for night time use and very clear check marks when locked successfully and red X when there's a jam or issue. Also waterproof and withstand the occasional pressure wash when cleaning the outside of the house. Love it. Best lock we have used yet after 4 years of Air BnB hosting

Excellent investment and she is so proud of her ability to open the door unassisted. Whishney we would have bought it years ago

My Schlage Encode is a huge help

Works great, but can’t use the plus

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the lock. Works great with the Schlage app. I bought the more expensive plus version thinking I could open with my Apple Watch. To do so, I would need to buy an Apple hub or Apple TV - which I’m not going to do. So don’t bother with plus version unless you already have Apple hub or TV.
