Great when it works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lock was easy to install and program. However, after a year it stopped connecting to my wifi and the batteries were draining very quickly. We mostly just use the key now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my smart lock!

I love that I can see, in real time, who is coming and going as well as check to make sure I locked the door behind me. The remote lock/unlock has been a life saver- I dont have to give the maintenance people a permanent code, I can just unlock the door for them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find it easy to punch in my code to open my door. I haven’t figured how to use phone to unlock. I like how it tells me when the door has been locked or unlocked… however there is a delay it the notification.
