Lock is quiet and functions great…until it doesn’t

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced our older Encode and we were immediately impressed with the improvements made to the Encode Plus. For about three weeks. Until the lock stopped working. It seems to collect moisture inside of the housing. Hopefully the warranty comes through, but overall pretty frustrating and makes me question the reliability of this lock.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Smart lock that works!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a different brand smart lock that worked but ultimately would not stay connected to my wifi. I looked at so many smart locks out there before picking encode plus. So far it’s great! Set up was easy and took minimal time to install and connect. I wanted to use it and have access from anywhere so it was really important to have it connect with my wifi. I love it!
