Great locks and great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two of these about 1 month ago. Solid locks, easy to install and easy to operate. The connection to the smart app is much easier and operates much smoother than the old connection method.

Occasionally loses wifi

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lock has been as advertised; however, it does lose its connection at times. The fix surprisingly is to tap on the keypad and it wakes up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The best I have found

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two of these locks, just installed in wanting use for about a month. First, very easy to install and connect to my Internet.. Much easier than the old Kwitset I had. Very easy to use a program. I can tell this is much more solid than other locks that I’ve looked at. Just have one more door to install and then I’ll have all entry secure.

Great smart home compatibility

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this lock for the smart features and the iPhone integration for the wifeys phone. It works very well I have it integrated with my home assistant server and when I get home it unlocks automatically. And the wifey just touches her phone to it, we are working on getting it to work on her Apple watch but haven't figured that out yet.
