Awesome lock!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought for a second home. Love how you can unlock and lock remotely. Another great feature is the notifications. Now I know when some leaves the house. When I bought this I didn’t realize all the different features it has. So glad i bought this lock. I would recommend to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock has been great. My only reservation is the feature I like so much does not to work very consistently. I can tap with my phone to unlock but my wife’s phone does not work and sometimes does not respond to mine either. Maybe I am missing something in settings but bother then that it has been really good.

Airbnb Game Changer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Giving it a 5 star mainly because of it revolutionizing my airbnb business. Its nice to see when someone checks in because of the integrations. It has saved me time in manually managing door codes of guests coming in and out, etc. Unfortunately, something to improve would be lighting up in dark a bit and ensuring keys only take effect after initial touch and wake up. I feel for people using code, some more improvements can be done to make it more intuitive. Apart from this, it is amazing otherwise

Upgrade from our previous smart lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to install, especially if replacing an older model of the same branch. Easy to add guest codes, which is fantastic. I enjoy the mobile app notification letting me know if the door is open or closed.
