Better than previous lock

I don’t like that the keypad doesn’t light up unless I hit a number; it would be better if it lit up as soon as I touched the pad so I could see the numbers. I like the ability to control it via my phone, that it connects to my Ring alarm system and many other features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Schlage Encode Smart WiFi Deadbolt Lock has saved much safety problems with supporting out senior mom. Several aides and family member able to use their specific setup access code to enter mom’s home when needed. Also, we can identify unauthorized access attempts as well.
The WiFi feature also helps to avoid frustration of finding (and losing) the home key. You just setup the Encode Smart WiFi and your smartphone or smart-watch can be authenticated to open the deadbolt.
So much easier and safer, too.

So simple to unlock your door

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a Schlage connect and just purchased the new Schlage Encode Plus. The installation process was extremely easy as well as the setup process through the Schlage App. I really like the fact you can use your iPhone or iWatch to open the door by just tapping the lock. Of course you can set up your own personal code, guest codes and a key if you need to unlock the door. The app allows you to set schedules, notifications and the status of the lock. You can also use Alexa or Apple Home kit.

Almost perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very satisfied with this purchase. Lock functionality and sharing virtual keys has been flawless so far. I wish it functioned better in the dark though. As the first key press registers as code entry. Would rather it light up the keypad. Once you know where the home button is it's a non issue but there is a slight learning curve of you have not used the lock. Also it's the most expensive of the bunch.

Secure, Convenient, and Good looking
