Best lock ever!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded to the wifi enabled lock system. This gives my family peace of mind and control of who is able to access our home. And if there is a forced entry, the alarm sounds immediately. We rest much better now!!! Thank you Schlage!

Easy installation, flaky app and Apple integration

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this for a month. The physical setup was easy. Unlocking via code has worked every time. What takes a few tries is setting a new code. The app doesn't always connect. I also haven't been able to add it to an Apple home, unfortunately missing out on the Plus feature of iPhone compatibility. This setup is too tricky for me to figure out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this for about a month now. Before this, we had a different brand smart lock that always had connection issues. This one has been smooth since we got it! I do wish it had a sensor to alert me when the door is ajar. It just autolocks whether the door is open or closed, which is unhelpful
