10/10 I can trust these locks to secure my home. I have had keyless locks in the past that jam and malfunction after some time but I’ve had no issues with the 2 Schlage locks I’ve owned

Apple Ecosystem Compatible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I saw this was a highly rated and reviewed lock and liked the compatibility with Apple devices like iPhone and Apple Watch. I installed it myself without much problem. Just had to review the instructions a bit to understand how the parts connected but it was pretty straightforward in my opinion. I was worried about it not fitting my door but it comes with a couple options to fit a variety of doors and door holes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great lock could have better instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two of these smart deadbolts.
I installed the first one without any problems.
When I installed the second one, the inside turn knob did not align properly to allow the inside cover plate to be installed and then lock/unlock the deadbolt. Both doors have the same swing (ie: both doors swing inward from right to left). At first I thought there may be two different models, but after searching the web and several forums, I found a comment that if you slightly force the inside turn knob, it will align itself properly so it will work properly. After searching the provided instructions, I could NOT find this mentioned anywhere. These would be a needed step in installation for a door with the opposite swing direction.
I installed the first one without any problems.

Other than this installation issue, the locks work great and highly recommend them. They paired up well with the Ring security system I installed and I was able to write an Alexa routine to lock them every night at a specified time.

Very good looking
