Best lock choice I've ever made

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've replaced all of my locks with the Encode. I always know who and when my doors are locked or unlocked and by who. The automatic locking feature gives me peace of mind knowing my doors are always locked when I want. I have a code for my housekeeper that only works when she is scheduled. I can remotely give access as needed. Super easy installation, battery status notification, notification when doors are opened or closed. Great locks.

Locks are nice but seem to lose connection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have 10 of these locks onsite for rental unit use. The ease of the is amazing however we struggle with keeping the locks connected to the app, may just be wifi strength, but it definitely puts a wrench in the usage when they are not connected.

Love my new lock!!

I chose to spend the extra money on the new Encode Plus and I absolutely love it!! When you get home and your hands are full, the iPhone unlock feature is a game changer!!
