Awesome smart locks and app is even better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two of these to use on the door to my garage and house so they would auto lock at night and I could control guest access. Both locks worked great. I got them rekeyed and installed/configured on the app. One important thing with these locks is they don’t work with 5ghz wireless band, so you’ll need to have the ability to broadcast 2.4ghz for them to work. I was able to achieve this on my network setup by creating an IOT specific SSID that I connected them too. Maybe newer generation locks support the 5ghz band, but mine didn’t.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to install, app is simple to use and setup. Connection takes some patience but once you have it up and running it's good. Batteries last a good bit with a heavy household use, typically I get from a month to three. But tells you when it's low and it's a quick easy change of batteries. I can lock and unlock remotely for house cleaners or workers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lock is easy to install and works quickly and quietly. I like I can use my phone to open the lock when I don’t feel like typing in the code or hands are full. The only issue that I’ve had so far was setting up a guest access code. Once I got it setup, my master code no longer worked. I had to completely reset the lock and my personal password to get my own code back again.
