Easy installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded all our locks to Encode Smart wi-fi. The deadbolts installed easily, per the instructions. Since the original locks had square corner strike and latch plates, I appreciated that these were included as an option.

Sleek design and easy set up

Only lasts two years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had these in my airbnb's for 3 years now. They only last about two and a half years and then they stop working entirely it's still the best on the market for connection to remote lock and to manage Airbnbs but they don't have a lot of resilience when the locks change every couple days and they need to be recoded they lose connection after 2 years and then at 3 years they die probably around two and a half years ah stop working completely
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
