[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first one I had unfortunately started to glitch. At some point the keypad went dead but slog was very good about sending me a replacement right away. Unfortunately I did have to pay for installation on the second one. Sometimes there is a little bit of a delay and notifying you when it's locked and unlocked but other than that it works well very glad that I switched to a keypad lock
