Great Lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to replace the builders inferior kwickset electronic lock, which only operated in z-wave with a hub. That was no good for me. I love the audit feature and alerts for when it’s unlocked. Awesome product

Easy install - poor support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lock and handle were easy to install. I had some trouble adding the lock on my wife’s account. When I called the next appointment for a call back was in 2 days. Not ideal.

Convenient entry and exit.

Frustrating when the installation does not work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed the lock for the specifications and the videos and the instructions and it works with my Apple home software, but the keypad does not light up and is dead. I replaced the batteries that came with it with new ones and it still doesn’t do anything and it’s very hard to find Help on this matter on the website.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
