[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have six of the Encode locks. Airbnb automatically sends out code for the guest. You can also make the code the last four digits of their phone number. It has made entering our properties a breeze. Highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great concept for being able to consistently change the access code for rental property. The only negative is that it’s not backlit, so guests tend lock themselves out. press it to light it up and that counts as a digit and can lock himself out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lock is pretty good. I got 2 and 1 of 2 jams consistently despite troubleshooting. The battery life seems decent so far and I like that you can control it with the ring app the decrease apps needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got back from vacation and the mechanism had broke inside the lock. Replaced and really like the new lock. Now I don’t have to walk around the house when I lock myself out (already done a few times)
