Disconnects from Internet too often

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bough it for Airbnb but it will randomly disconnect from the internet. Which makes life a little difficult. All in all it’s really the ideal Airbnb lock since it will ingrate with their website. But…. It would be better if it stayed connected to wifi. No other devices in our Airbnb lose connection. Please send me a new one Schlage.

I absolutely love my Encode Plus Smart WiFi Deadbolt with Century Trim in Matte Black! This device has been a total game-changer for my home security and convenience.
First, the design is stunning. The matte black finish is sleek, modern, and fits perfectly with my home’s aesthetic. It adds an elevated, sophisticated look to my front door while remaining practical and durable.
The smart features are where this deadbolt truly shines. The integration with WiFi allows me to lock and unlock my door remotely through my phone, which is incredibly convenient when I’m on the go or need to let someone in while I’m not home. The compatibility with Apple HomeKit, Alexa, and Google Assistant makes it super versatile, and I love being able to use voice commands or automate the locking/unlocking process based on my routines.
The Encode Plus technology is one of my favorite features. With the touch-to-open functionality, I can unlock my door using my Apple Watch or iPhone. Great lock and Eady Install

Having to make 12 different keys for all my family members. I am able to carry an individual code for all my family members. The smart integration of this lock makes my home security system more intuitive and will lock the door if I forget to.
