Love the Apple integration and ease of use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally replaced an old smart lock with the Encode Plus and it’s already a day and night difference. It is super responsive, easy to use and the Apple integration makes it simple to get in and out quickly. Even installation was easy! Highly recommended!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love it so much ... When it works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 5 Star product, -2 stars for breaking, +1 Star for good warranty service
When this works, it's great. The system and the app are exactly what I want and more. The only problem is that I've had 2 break. They have replaced both of them, but it takes time and effort.
