[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this door lock for sometime and it works perfectly, the only thing is I only have a set of keys and cannot copy a duplicate for the rest of my family. Donot know where to get a duplicate key. Other than that it works perfectly so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this lock 3 months ago. Use it daily. It is totally reliable, as it works every time. The wi fi is a real treat to use. When loading up groceries, I use my phone from 100’ away to unlock as my hands are full. It also works well to verify the door is secured before going to bed at night.
I only wish I had purchased it a long time ago!

Smooth lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this installed for a few weeks now and it’s working great. There was a bit of trouble adding it to HomeKit, and I haven’t found out how to add additional codes/features through Apple Home yet, but it’s been a solid lock so far.

Encode with great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Encode with WiFi. My first one started draining the batteries with minutes and I called Schlage and they replaced it. So far the replacement is doing well but only have had it about 1 month. I hope it continues to do well because I really love the convenience and security it provides.
