[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been very happy with the schleg encoded plus smart Wi-Fi deadbolt. In black, it looks fantastic on the door and has been extremely reliable. I have 0 connectivity issues, and it continues to perform flawlessly. Even in this Texas, heat installation was incredibly easy. It took me about 20 minutes from start to finish. The lock responds instantly through the app. Whether I'm locking or unlocking the door and the keypad is just as fast. I've never experienced any leg or delay. My only minor complaint is that the app occasionally signs me out of my account usually about once a month. It's not a major Can't do but it can't be frustrating when I need to quickly unlock the door for someone and have to remember my logging credentials.Overall, it's great looking dependable.Smart Lock with excellent performance and easy installation.I would definitely recommend it and its worth every dollar.

Great lock; Apple Home challenging

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install. We have an Encode at our AirBnB and live it. We had a Level (brand) lock at home but was nothing but trouble. The Encode Plus is a welcome addition, though I’m having trouble getting it to work with Apple HomeKit. But I’m hopeful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Programming was a pain It wouldn’t connect to wi-fi. Had to shut the app down a few times. User interface could be smoother. Glad they come with manual codes so you do t need to program id you do t want to but that eliminates the smart portion they reward you with a gift card dangling over your head to review. Normally I wouldn’t review a product from brand new.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks good, hasn't had any problems connecting to wifi, not sure about durability, installation was very simple and either WiFi to unlock or key pad has worked very well
