Connectivity to Apple doesn’t work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All the features of the lock work as expected. This is my second lock, but first with the Apple connectivity (which costs more). But it doesn’t work. I’ve tried every process and searched online for solutions. Bottom line…don’t waste the extra $ for the Apple connectivity.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great hardware and software

My only nitpick is that your intuition is to tape the screen in order to wake it up and display the buttons so you can enter the code. But the lock recognizes your first tap and counts that as the first number, even though you can’t see any numbers or buttons yet.

Great performance, great lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this lock earlier this month to help with people having access to our house while they were visiting. Standard install like most locks. It was super easy to setup on the Wi-Fi and to add codes. I love being able to lock my house from my phone and make codes for people that I can delete easily. It also will notify you which code is entering your home. Really useful lock and looks good too. We also plan on making our home a rental one day and I can already tell that this lock is going to make that so easy. Really nice product.
